What to confirm before you release an order

Files, lead time, pricing, confidentiality, quality documentation and manufacturing process — the questions that should be settled before production starts.

Start with the decision you are making.

What information is needed for a quote?

Send the drawing or CAD file, quantity, material and finish where known. Missing manufacturing details can be resolved during engineering review.

Which CNC services are available?

CNC milling and turning are supported alongside fabrication and finishing routes for projects that require multiple processes.

When should I choose CNC over 3D printing?

CNC is appropriate when real material properties, tighter tolerances or repeatable production features are important.

Which sheet metals are commonly used?

Aluminium, stainless steel, copper, brass and mild steel are common choices; final availability is confirmed during quotation.

Can prototypes be made before production?

Yes. Prototype or sample production can be used to validate the part before the production quantity is released.

Can inspection documents ship with parts?

Dimensional inspection and other agreed quality documentation can be specified before production.

Can an NDA be signed before upload?

Confidentiality requirements can be agreed before project drawings and manufacturing information are supplied.

What determines lead time and price?

Geometry, process, material, tolerance, finish, inspection scope and quantity are reviewed together rather than priced from a single dimension.

Still have a manufacturing question?

Send the question with the drawing so an engineer can review both in context.
